A Note about Medicare:

Boylan Medical Associates, PLLC does not accept "patient assignment" for Medicare. We do see Medicare patients and charge the Medicare limiting fee for services. Payment for these services is expected at the time of the visit. We will file the claim for the patient and Medicare will send their payment directly to the patient.

We will continue to accept “assignment of benefits” on laboratory charges, Medicaid claims, and hospital charges. Therefore you will not be expected to pay those charges at the time of service. Please be aware that Medicare does not cover certain screening services, such as annual physicals. If you have any questions you may call the office at (919) 781-9650 ext. 145 or ext. 136.
