Medical records requests are handled by Smart Document Solutions.Each request we receive are copied on Tuesdays.You will need to fill out a request before records can be sent.Smart Document Solutions will send you an invoice that must be paid before records will be released.To check the status of your request, you can contact Smart Document at 770-754-6000.
